If you experience a problem with Banner report the problem to the OIT Help Desk at ext. HELP (4357).
The Help Desk is available to assist you Monday - Friday (except holidays) from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
When calling be prepared to provide the Help Desk Technician with the following information:
- Your name
- Department
- Phone number
- Banner Username
- Description of the problem
- Any form names (e.g. SPAIDEN) that are involved
- Any error numbers or messages that appear in dialog boxes or on the Banner Status Bar if available
- What were you attempting to do that triggered the error?
- Are coworkers experiencing the same problem?
- Priority: Critical, Can Work Around, Low
The Help Desk Technician may request that you provide additional information not listed above.
